As I am based in Berlin, I use the time difference to offer sessions when most other psychologists are unable to do so. Private telehealth psychology services after usual Australian business hours are offered for:
One-on-one sessions, for parents or individual adults – 50 minutes per session
Monday - Thursday, 6pm - 11pm (AEDT)
Weekly or fortnightly basis
Small groups for parents (5-6 participants) - 60 minutes per session
Starting 2026
Weekly drop-in sessions will be available
Availability and appointment times will be discussed on an individual basis.
What do I offer?
-
I offer private psychology services, via telehealth only. I focus on providing services to parents and to individual adults.

Often for children (ages 2-12), the primary relationships they have are within their family system - i.e. their parents and siblings. When these children struggle with anxiety, tantrums, difficulties sleeping, school refusal, or a whole range of concerns, it impacts the family system most directly.
The good news is that the relationship between parents and children can be super powerful in addressing these concerns. Research shows that for the 2-12 age group, the most effective therapy is working ‘top-down’ with parents directly, rather than working with the child (Hawes & Allen, 2016; Australian ADHD Guideline Development Group 2022; Mingebach, Kamp-Becker, Christiansen, Weber 2018)
So therapy for parents is about harnessing this special parent-child relationship to support parents to help their children grow and develop skills and tools to manage emotional and behavioural difficulties.
-
As above, research suggests that for children 2-12 years old, the most effective therapy for a range of difficulties will be behavioural parent training. That means supporting parents to develop new skills to manage and support emotional and behavioural concerns of their children.
I work exclusively with parents because I utilise evidence-based treatments, and this is what the evidence suggests is most effective. If I feel your family would be better supported by more direct work with your child, we can discuss additional options for support together.

Before starting therapy with me, we will need to schedule a brief 15-minute phone call to discuss why you want to undertake therapy. The purpose of this call is to make sure I am the most appropriate psychologist to support you and (if applicable) your family.
You can book this call (free of charge) through the link to Halaxy at the bottom of the page, or through the contact page.

At the beginning, therapy will be about trying to get a clear picture of what is going on for you and, if applicable, your child and family. This will involve 1-2 sessions of ‘assessment’, or a process of asking questions to build up this picture. At the end of this process we will collaborate on the goals for therapy we will work towards together.
Therapy will then consist of weekly or fortnightly sessions (50 minutes) where we discuss approaches to difficulties and build skills to support your goals. Each session will build on the last, and respond to your feedback.

I hope to represent my practice as something larger than myself, because I believe that therapeutic work is co-created between people, rather than held as an ‘expert’ knowledge by me. I also wanted to be represented by something Australian, a link to a home I am away from, but will return to.
The flame tree (Brachychiton acerifolius) is a native icon. Vibrant, unique, warm. My practice draws on this, aiming to provide a bright spot in what might otherwise be a difficult time. I hope to bring this to you with my practice.
