Grace Sanders, Clinical Psychology Registrar
BPsych (Hons), MPsych (Clin)

Hi, I’m Grace! I completed my Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney in 2023, and since then I have focused my work as a Psychologist in the parenting psychology space. Tantrums, fights, sibling conflict, family chaos - I’ve seen it all, and worked with parents to build skills and routines to support them and their children in leading happier, more harmonious lives.

I developed my approach at the Child Behaviour Research Clinic (CBRC), where I worked with Professor Mark Dadds and Professor David Hawes. Working at the CBRC, I was immersed in the clinic’s specialised approach to helping parents with children experiencing disruptive behavioural or emotional difficulties. My passion is working with parents to draw on the skills they have, and collaboratively build new solutions to address the everyday challenges of parenting. Family life will always be full of highs and lows, my goal is to help you navigate those lows, and find the joy in those highs.

My experience also includes work utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Post-Milan Systemic Family Therapy for parents and individual adults. I continue to develop my skills under the professional guidance and supervision of Dr Jaimie Northam.

I live in Berlin to continue to challenge myself personally and maintain a fresh look at life. When I’m not working, you’ll find me biking around the city, getting out into nature, or engaging in crafts like drawing, collage and crochet. Fun fact: I created the visuals for this website entirely by hand!
